About this house rental
There is room for 10 people in this home overlooking the Atlantic. Watch the seals frolic while relaxing on the large front porch. Open concept first floor that blends to the home's open spaces of a enclosed porch and the front porch. Cottage decorations and a large 3rd floor family room/sleeping area contribute to its charm. The ocean is directly across the street and less than a 5 minute walk is the public access to Crescent Beach. A 10 minute walk will bring you to Wells Beach and the arcades, restaurants and shops. Less than a mile walk in the opposite direction will bring you to the first public way to Moody Beach. A portion of the Rachel Carson Refuge is behind the house which hosts amazing sunsets and wildlife from egrets to deer. This house is waiting for you and your guests to enjoy! You can not beat the location. The sun set behind the house & rose in front. Views are beautiful from every room. The house is beautifully decorated & furnished. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of storage. The only negative is the size of the beds in the 2 front rooms (with the best views) Theyre full or doubles and a bit too small for 2 adults. Overall loved the place. Would rent again.
