Step out from the living room to the back porch and yard — your spot for morning coffee, afternoon sun, and family cookouts on the grill. We just wrapped up a week in Wells and overall loved it! We loved how private Moody Beach is, although, we did learn that each house on the beach owns the property in front of their home up to the waterline so that did make for a very small area for the rest of the community to sit on the beach, but we made the best of it! The house itself was nice, fit all of us well and had everything we needed. We loved that we were right between Ogonquit and Kennebunkport so it made for lots of opportunities to really experience Maine in the summer.

From the easy check in, to the day you head home, everything about Neptune’s Lookout was great!! The rooms are all spacious, the beds were very comfy, the kitchen had all you need and there was AC for those hot days. The area has everything. The sandy beach is a 3 minute walk away. There is also plenty of things in the area to keep you busy. With amusement parks, a zoo, and quaint beach towns to walk thru, you’re never bored! Plus the restaurants are amazing. Any family would love this awesome home for a great and relaxing beach getaway, or a fun and exciting vacation with tons of things to do!!

Beautiful fall stay with plenty of room that allowed us to be communal when we wanted to be or have privacy when we needed to work. They had everything- even provided a monitor for those on a working vacation. Close to everything good.

We stayed in this house for two weeks in August, and really enjoyed our time there. The location was fantastic, and we especially loved that we could see and hear the ocean from the primary balcony. It was plenty of space for our family, and the only thing that was a challenge was that the top floor “kids” room was partially open to the rest of the house (like a loft). Otherwise, it was a great place for a getaway!
