About this house rental
Enjoy a vacation at this newly constructed beach house that is perfect for large groups of family or friends. This spacious home is a 2 minute walk from the beautful Wells Beach, features water views from all 3 floors, multiple master bedrooms and ample space to enjoy yourselves both in and outdoors. The property fits up to 18 people, has 6-7 parking spaces, and includes air conditioning, laundry, dishwasher, an outdoor grill and beach supplies.
The house is 3100 square feet, 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It includes multiple master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, multiple living spaces, a dining room with views of the marsh, a kitchen and a kitchenette. Outdoor spaces include a large deck, a balcony off the second floor master bedroom, and a third floor roof deck with amazing views. The house includes air conditioning, laundry, dishwasher, and an outdoor grill. It fits up to 18 people and has 6-7 parking spaces.
The layout is as follows:
1st floor: Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. Open floor plan living space with kitchen, living room with plenty of seating and a 75" TV, a dining area with views of the marsh, and a large deck on the marsh side of the house with ample space to eat meals or enjoy time outdoors. Grill is located on a patio below the deck.
2nd floor: Master bedroom with den/office area, balcony facing the marsh, ensuite bathroom with two sinks, oversized shower and multiple shower heads. The office has a desk and monitor. Two additional good-sized bedrooms with king sized beds, some water views and a full bathroom with shower at the entrance to those bedrooms. Laundry area in the common hallway.
3rd floor: Additional living room with picture windows of the marsh side, a 75" TV and an oversized 3rd floor deck with panoramic views of the marsh. Hybrid office / bedroom (queen sized murphy bed) with some ocean views. This office also has a desk and a monitor. Bunk room with two full-over-full bunk beds (4 full beds), some seating and some ocean views. Full bathroom with a shower/tub.

This house was perfectly laid out with many options for a variety of people in our family. The closeness to the beach and the deck upstairs and downstairs were key for a beautiful week. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

We stayed for 3 days in this beautiful house. We were four families, and everyone was very satisfied with the house. It is spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable! The location is perfect, and the view outside is stunning.

This new property is right across the street from the beach -- literally a 2-minute walk -- with great views in multiple directions. It easily accommodated five families with nine adults and three young children. The house is in great condition. There is a huge kitchen with all new dishware and cutlery and a dining room table that can seat 12. There are two big living rooms, one on the first floor and one on the third, and spaces where you can spend some quiet time. We were there in the winter and did not get to take full advantage of the multiple sun decks, which provide even more space. Host Kyle is really responsive as well. We have nothing but good things to say about this 5-star property!
