Cottage and location were great for two families. Toys, chairs and boogie boards were all there, nice not to have! We loved our stay, thank you!!

The house is in the rear of the bigger house. Beach views were limited by the bigger house and also by windows that were very dirty obstructing the view.Window air conditioners were old and very noisy. Dishes and utencils were not clean.The access to the beach was a pleasant short walk and easily accessed. Truly the most pleasant part of the vacation.
