This single family house with direct private access 30 steps from the Wells beach is the perfect location to enjoy the summer with family and friends. The house has been set up with reverse living for views of the ocean from the second floor kitchen and living room while dining or enjoying a beverage. The house was in excellent condition and you couldn't ask for a better location. Short walk down the center driveway to the beach. Nice parking for 3 cars along side of the house. Two bedrooms downstairs with living room and bath; and, two bedrooms upstairs with kitchen and bath and awesome view of the ocean and beach. Our host was wonderful and immediately responsive to our inquiries.

Proximity to the huge wells beach is key for this property! Wonderful to walk 15 seconds from the front door to the sand. Host was responsive and provided ample information ahead of check in. The property was clean although on multiple days we dealt with ants all over the kitchen even though we didn't have food left out and cleaned well after each kitchen use. The property needs a little upkeep - the AC units work but are so loud during use I genuinely worried about the decibel level and my kids sleeping next to it all night. Lots of screens with holes in them letting bugs in, patio furniture crusted over with something (rust?) left us not sure we should sit on it, a window by the dining set had to be very carefully opened and closed or it would come off the track. Totally get that beach houses take a lot of abuse from the wind and weather and hope the property gets a little TLC!
