About this house rental
So private, yet walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other amenities! Walk across the street to Seacoast Pizza, Batson River Brewing and Distilling, movie theater, mini golf, and so much more! The beach is just over a mile away-not a bad walk! This brand new custom home was just built and ready for your use. Situated on 17 acres of privacy and offering a wood burning fire pit, gas grill, and outdoor dining area. Wake up in the morning to some wildlife enjoying the 17 acres as well, turkeys and deer! Inside has vaulted ceilings and a wide open living room, kitchen, and 4 seasons sitting area with direct access to the back deck. There are 3 bedrooms total.
Bedroom #1: King bed- Primary bedroom ensuite with soaking tub, shower, and walk in closet
Bedroom #2: Queen/Queen bunk bed
Bedroom #3: Queen bed
Beach toys, chairs, and beach towels are included. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials!
Please note, the garage is not for guest use!

We had a nice stay. This location is great with close proximity to many coastline attractions, as well as the beach.
The home was perfect size for family, clean, and tastefully decorated.
Definitely will stay again.

We had another wonderful stay at this rental home in Wells, Maine! This was our second year in a row staying here, and we were just as impressed as the first time. The house is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and still looks brand new. It’s the perfect place for a family, with plenty of space and everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.
The location is fantastic—close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and all the attractions the area has to offer. It’s also ideally situated between Kennebunk and Ogunquit, making it easy to explore both towns and enjoy the best of southern Maine.
We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning again in the future!
