"The Cape" is a fully furnished home with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Sleeps maximum of 8 people, no pets, no smoking. Steps away from Moody Beach.
Picnic table in the back yard, and charcoal and gas grill is awaiting for you to use.
4 Beach chairs are available for your use
My home is used for weekly summer rentals. Renters must bring their own linen, pillows and towels. My home is cleaned with enhanced cleaning in between renters.

Very clean and plenty of room for everyone. Short walk to the beach made it easy with the grandkids. Only draw back were the mosquitoes in the yard so we were not able to picnic outside. Looking forward to next year!

The property was as expected and was a comfortable home for two families with young children. The bedrooms were a comfortable size and you could tell some recent improvements were made to the bathrooms and lovely outdoor shower. I liked that you could hear the ocean from the bedrooms.
Some kitchen supplies could be upgraded. We forgot linens but a store in town had them for not too much. Overall a nice stay!
