This Beach Walker condo is located right on the beaches of Amelia Island and has been recently updated with new flooring, painting, and furniture! Enjoy views of the community pool and the ocean from your own private balcony! This charmer features a well-equipped kitchen, an on-site washer/dryer, large TVs, high-speed WiFi, and access to a community outdoor pool.
Things to Know:
--Please be aware that starting Monday, August 11th: There will be a project in the parking lot area that will involve construction noise and increased activity & is projected to last approximately 6 weeks.
--This retreat sleeps up to six people - four adults and two children.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 3.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This condo is everything we could have imagined. The view never gets old and the balcony is a great place to hang and have a coffee or a cold one. We loved it.

Our family so enjoyed this unit. The kids want to return every year. You can’t beat the views of the ocean. The unit is divided among really two levels, making it seem bigger especially with three big kids! I’m so thankful I found this place. There’s no doubt … we will return!

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:We have stayed on Amelia Island for short vacations for years. This condo is the best yet. The property is thoughtfully appointed. It really felt like a ‘home away from home.’ We will actively look for this particular unit for future Amelia Island trip. Thank you very much to the owners. I can’t imagine a better experience.
