This renovated, third-floor condo makes the perfect beach getaway! Relax and enjoy the views from either of your own two private balconies! There are stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The primary bedroom has a TV, and one guest bedroom has its own balcony. Additional amenities include an on-site washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, TVs in the living room, and the primary bedroom. This condo has beautiful views and is steps away from the beach or the community pool!

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We needed a rental with at least 3 bathrooms which is what led us to this rental. The property is gorgeous. The walk to the beach is long, be prepared, but great beachfront access. This building is a little behind another building, so the view is partially obstructed, however, plenty of ocean and beach to see from the large windows and balcony.
It was clean, beds were fairly comfortable, plenty of toilet paper and towels which is always a plus. The elevator was broken our first two days, but repaired and nothing you can do about that!
Pool is really nice, could use a few more loungers and a bit more shade.
Omni property is just really beautiful.

Condo was accurately described. Short walk to beach and pool. One covered parking spot. Comfortable for our family.

Had to leave sheets in dryer. Love the view. Hate the stairs. Hubby is 90 and stairs ruined his trip. Sink downstairs doesn't drain...nasty.
