This cozy condo is on the beach in the beautiful Amelia Island Plantation! Enjoy the breeze and the view from your private balcony. Take a dip in the community pool or stroll along the beach! This condo features a well-equipped kitchen, an on-site washer/dryer, large smart TVs, a DVD player, free WiFi, and a loft area.
Things to Know
There is some repair work being done on the outside of the building. There may be some construction equipment in the area and in some assigned parking spaces. There are plenty of extra open parking spaces. Expected completion is the beginning of June.
Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We love staying at Amelia Island Plantation properties. It's beautiful and normally very peaceful. You have the beach but also the gorgeous vegetation. We love the restaurants and shops at the front of the property, too. We will be back!

The view was outstanding. Unfortunately the condo is quite dated and the carpeting in the master bedroom is either very dirty or stained. The beds are very comfortable. The master bathroom is small but adequate. The condo has 4 levels with a few steps to the main living level but the two bathrooms are on the sleeping level. A loft is on the 4th level. Kitchen stove is electric but old heating elements are uneven and one didn’t work.
