About this house rental
This gorgeous 4 BR, 3.5 BA single family home has everything you could possibly want to keep the whole family entertained. Steps inside the front door, it opens up to the beautiful family room. This large open floor plan allows for cooking in the kitchen, while guests are playing games at the dining table all while a football game is playing on the oversized large screen TV in the living room. It is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops and opens up to the dining area that seats 8 very comfortable. Both the dining area and living room have spacious sliding glass doors that open to a large deck area and also an option to eat in the screened in back dining area. Living area has plenty of seating and a gas fireplace so you can fell extra cozy while watching movies.
Just beyond the living room on the main floor is the master bedroom with a King size bed and an in-suite bathroom. The master bath has 2 sinks, marble countertops and a walk in shower. Along with a large walk-in closet, this master also has an oversized big screen TV and sliding glass doors that open up to the outdoor patio. A few steps beyond the patio, you have a fire pit that will warm you on our Florida chilly nights.
Also located on the main level, is another bedroom that can be used as a dedicated office space, or a bedroom. This room has a pull out double size sofa and another large screen TV.
As you walk upstairs, it opens to a little entertaining area that has a canopy seat and also another daybed for kids to lounge on while watching TV (also a large oversized screen) or playing games.
The third bedroom upstairs has 2 double size beds and just outside this bedroom is a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. In the fourth bedroom, you will find a double size bed and an in-suite half bath. There are no TV's in these upper bedrooms, just the one directly upstairs in the sitting area.
This unit is monthly only.
