This gorgeous condo is located on the Amelia Island Plantation and comes equipped with a private balcony overlooking the community pool and ocean! Amenities include a well-equipped kitchen, TVs in all rooms, high-speed WiFi, and an on-site washer/dryer. This multi-level condo boasts gorgeous ocean views from the kitchen, living room, and primary bedroom and offers a great entertaining space for the entire family! The primary bedroom has a bathroom attached to it with a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms are on the middle floor and have a shared bath (shower/tub combo) in the hall.
Things to Know
Please be aware that starting Monday, August 11th: There will be a project in the parking lot area that will involve construction noise and increased activity & is projected to last approximately 6 weeks.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very good property and location. Not for small children due to higher floor and balcony. Great for adults and family. Excellent pool. Right on beach and fabulous view. Easy parking. Needs beach towels and one of the bedrooms with twin beds doesn’t get great air conditioning. Excellent weekend stay on the Plantation.

The condo was comfortable - the couches, the beds, the pillows, the space, and all of the kitchen items provided. It was truly a home away from home. The condo overlooked the beautiful pool and had the most amazing view of the ocean. The balconies were perfect for watching the sunrise in the morning and then the sunset the other way in the evening.
The only reason I did not give all 5 stars was because the WiFi and cable went out one day into our stay, and despite reaching out numerous times to Vacasa, it was never fixed during our stay.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We have been coming to Amelia Island for 6 years and have always rented through same company. This property however did not meet any Covid requirements upon arrival. Refrigerator had Kool Aid spilled all over the inside. Shower had shells all over the floor and a wad of long black hair on top of the drain, bathroom sinks covered in toothpaste spit and more! The rental company said they would refund cleaning fee. I ended up recleaning the condo. The condo itself needs some updating. Showers and tub full of rust and cracking caulk. Carpets dirty. Furniture very nice, location is awesome and view is to die for!
