The primary bedroom's private balcony is the kind of spot that gets used every day of a stay, whether it is a quiet cup of coffee at sunrise or a wind-down drink after the beach. A quartz kitchen, a shared community pool, and a genuinely well-stocked closet of family gear round out a villa built for an easy, low-stress family trip.

The primary bedroom's king bed comes with its own en suite bathroom and a private balcony, tucked among the plantation's live oaks. It is the villa's signature spot, a quiet retreat away from the shared living space, ideal for morning coffee or an evening nightcap once the rest of the group has settled in.

The living room is furnished with plenty of comfortable seating arranged around a TV, plus a dedicated workstation with free WiFi for anyone in the group who needs to log on. The kitchen has been fully renovated with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, toaster, and the cooking basics needed to put together a real meal. A dining table seats the group for meals in, and the layout keeps the kitchen open to the living and dining space rather than closed off.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The primary bedroom's king bed comes with its own private ensuite bathroom and balcony, giving the main sleeping space real separation from the rest of the unit. The second bedroom's two twin beds work well for kids or a pair of friends traveling together, and the queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds a third sleeping option, bringing the villa to a comfortable six-guest capacity in total.

Great communication with host. Beautiful place and grounds - just as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked for people like us who like to cook.

The exterior of the building was falling down in several places. The owner did a good job trying to make an old property feel new. However, It was very dark. Low ceilings- 7.5-8 foot high. The windows all had coverings on them that couldn't be opened and there was no overhead lighting. It felt very claustrophobic. The bedrooms need new carpet or carpet cleaning and the toilet in the master bath was loud. The unit did not come with beach chairs as advertised. After two days of communicating with the management company, we were reimbursed for chairs we had to purchase and given a late check out - which we did not use. The condo did have everything else you could possibly need including spices and ziplock bags. We also were surprised that even though the condo is in the Amelia Island Plantation , nothing was affiliated with the Omni- which was why we were there. This was our mistake, but stating for others who may be in town for a convention. Finally, we had two cars and parking was very difficult. The unit only has one assigned space.
