About this house rental
Enjoy North Captiva Island! Seabatical, 3BR/2BA townhouse with great views waiting for you to enjoy sitting on the screened porch overlooking Safety Harbor, having coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the evening. A short walk or golf cart ride (included) to private beach or restaurants. Rental includes access to Safety Harbor amenities (boat dock, pool, beach access). The townhouse is steps away from where Island Girl Charter ferry will drop-off or where you can dock your own boat. No cars on the island..
Seabatical is stocked with coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, a golf cart, grill, W/D, and fishing rods!
LNOTE: There is a $25/day "resort/temp membership" fee charged by Safety Harbor Association and is reflected in your cost of your stay as "property fee". You will receive a "temporary membership" card for the duration of your stay that you should keep with you while on the island (for example, you need to dine at "OTC" restaurant).
If you bring a private boat, you may use any of the SHC docks. There is a $50/day dock fee charged by SHC HOA and is NOT reflected in your cost of your stay and must be paid separately via Zelle, PayPal or Venmo at time of booking. You MUST display the dock pass on your boat or risk having it towed.

Place is literally 50 feet from the water in Safety Harbor. Owners are very responsive and are very accommodating. Place is got everything you need. Newer appliances and good wifi. New 6 seat golf cart is smooth and runs all day plus on one battery charge. Arriving on the Island girl ferry is a 50 feet walk to the doorstep..We definitely would rent this unit again.

The property was amazing even with the limited amenities from the hurricane. We prepared well and with the amazing communication from the host knew what to expect. The property was perfect and the beaches were amazing.
