Sandy Toes Villa is a three bedroom, two bathroom townhome located within the Safety Harbor Club on North Captiva Island. The home comes fully equipped with everything that you need to make your stay enjoyable!
The primary bedroom features an adjustable bed with an adjustable mattress and an en suite bath. The second bedroom features a queen size bed with a cooling gel mattress topper. The third bedroom, designed with children in mind, features a whimsical pirate and mermaid theme complete with their own lookout ports for a real pirate adventure. It has two twin beds. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom that is situated between the two rooms. For added convenience, the sink is located outside the main bath, making it ideal for sharing.
The kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, Cosori air fryer, crockpot and an Instant Pot along with plentiful pots, pans and dishes for cooking your meals. The home also has a Weber grill for your use.
The lanai is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun rise or to spend a quiet afternoon watching the boats enter and exit the harbor. The lanai has direct water views of the harbor and Pine Island Sound.
The lower level features a nice size laundry room and ample space to hang your beach towels to dry.
We offer a variety of beach equipment for our guests to use during their stay. This includes chairs, umbrellas, coolers, floats, sand toys and beach balls and games. Tennis and pickle-ball rackets are also provided.
Use of our golf cart is included in your stay. Kayaks and paddle boards are available on a first come, first serve basis through the Island Club of North Captiva Membership included in your stay. There are also bike and kayak rentals available through Boats and Fun if you prefer to secure your own personal equipment for the length of your stay.
Sandy Toes Villa is situated in one of two clubs located on North Captiva Island. The Safety Harbor Club offers is residents and guests exclusive access to their docks, pool, tennis and pickle-ball courts, private beach access and ice machine. Guests also have the option for priority reservations at its unique and quaint restaurant, Over the Waterfront. The second club on the island, The Island Club, is home to Mango's and the Market. Guests of Sandy Toes Villa will also have a length of stay membership to the Island Club, which includes use of their kayaks and paddleboards and access to the member's only pool and bar.
Bring your boat or rent one. As a townhouse guest, you have the option to utilize both marinas situated with the Safety Harbor Club. Boats up to 25’ can be accommodated. Use of the docks is $50/day and will be charged separately. All boats must have current registration and insurance.
Getting to the home is a breeze! Leave your cares behind as you board the ferry on Pine Island for a short, scenic ride across the Sound. Upon arrival at the Safety Harbor Dock, you will be met by our partner team who will give you an island tour and help you get situated for your stay. They will also assist you on departure day with transportation back to the dock. Grocery service options are plentiful, and we are happy to assist with any questions that you have

North Captiva Island is a gem and Sandy Toes Villa captured it perfectly with a very well stocked kitchen and all the beach equipment. Very well maintained and owner and host were very responsive and easy to work with. No detail was missed! Highly recommend if its your first or 40th time on the island.

We stayed at Sandy Toes with our 3 young boys and had a great time. Lorrie was an outstanding host all around - great communication and recommendations. She also helped us get a reservation at Over the Waterfront and provided everything we needed for the beach - chairs, towels, sand toys. The condo is clean, well equipped and comfortable. The pirate room and toys kept our kids busy our entire stay. Every detail is well thought out. The kitchen had all the things we needed to cook and store our food…and the knives are even sharp!Definitely recommend!

Our stay at Sandy Toes was perfect. From our arrival at Safety Harbor until our departure all details were attended to. The townhouse is super comfortable. Lorrie has taken care to insure everything is user friendly and complete. The location is great and access to both the island club and safety harbor club give you good beach and pool options too. Our north captiva vacation was also enhanced by the great views of the water from the screen porch.Certainly we will stay at Sandy Toes again.

You will not be disappointed staying at Sandy Toes Villa! It is extremely clean and very well appointed. It is obvious the owners truly care about their property and their guests! Lorrie was in frequent communication with us and answered any and all questions we had in a timely manner. The townhouse is decorated beautifully and our kids loved the Mermaid/Pirate room!
We followed all of the recommendations from Lorrie/management on how to get to the island and it worked out perfectly! We used Pine Island Taxi to get from the airport to the Harbor and then Island Girl Ferry to get to North Captiva. Someone from the management company was waiting for us when we arrived to take our luggage to the townhouse and they also had our golf cart right there to take us on a tour of the island. We used the grocery delivery service and so our kitchen was fully stocked when we arrived which was amazing.
North Captiva is a special place where you can really unwind. There are a couple of restaurants, a convenience store, an a gift shop. We spent every day at the pool and the beach and loved every minute!
We travel frequently and have stayed at many rental properties and this was top notch. There are so many thoughtful touches with toys, books, beach equipment, noodles, pool blow ups, boogie boards, etc. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again and have already told our family and friends about it! 10/10 would recommend!
