Please also note Ferries are paid by the guests and parking is paid by the guests at the Marina and is not included in the home reservation. Please note Trip Insurance is always encouraged and all guests must complete and return the homeowners vacation rental agreement prior to their stay. Great location on the Island. Large house with a great family friendly layout. The screened porches were perfect enjoying outdoor with protection from no see ‘ems. There is plenty of room for large groups to gather together yet, space to have privacy away from the larger group. The kitchen had most of what we needed for basic food prep. The two golf carts made moving around the island easy. We have rented in North Cap for over a decade and we will keep this one on our list for returns.

The house was beautiful upon arrival. When entering, it was obvious it had been a while since management had walked through or that the owners were there. Over all, it was good. The things we did notice were, dirty baseboards, dirty showers and tile. Dust on most surfaces through the house. Unorganized kitchen cupboards, dishes randomly placed through with little organized technique. Dull knives, little to no small bowls for mixing or small bowl of ice cream or soup. Old and worn pots and pans. Old and worn cutting boards. 2-3 Broken coffee mugs. Broken knife tips. Dish washer literally comes out of the cupboard area whenever opening or filling with dishes. Not mounted in the cupboard. Broken/ rusted chairs on decks, rusted tables outside. The property is beautiful if properly cleaned. Offers many beach chairs etc. comfortable beds, and clean sheets/bedding. Could also benefit from rugs in the front entry.

We were so pleased with the house and service of Tortuga Properties. They provided all the information we needed to plan a successful trip, from the ferry transportation, groceries, local restaurants, and club information. We took advantage of the clubpool
