Incredible newly renovated 3 bedroom home with gulf views! Open layout with exceptional outdoor spaces including huge front porch, screened porch and rooftop deck , reverse osmosis drinking water system.
Barefoot Hideaway is located on North Captiva Island - only accessible by Ferry
Empty lot next door provides more privacy and is quieter

1 golf cart included free of charge- for parties over 4 you will need to rent a 2nd golf cart.

Getting to Barefoot Hideaway:
There are 2 major airports nearby. SW Florida International (RSW) located in Fort Myers is serviced by all major airlines. Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) is now serviced by Allegiant and Frontier airlines.
Once your airline tickets are booked you will need to arrange for ground transportation from the airport to the Ferry and book your Ferry. The ferry runs several times daily and reservations are required.

Car rentals are available at the airport and your rental can be parked at the marina for a daily fee. If you are not planning on going back to the mainland during your stay – you can arrange round trip transportation from airport to Ferry.Boat slip available for rent !
Pine Island Taxi Service
*Important Information: When driving or taking a car service from either airport, allow approximately 1 hour drive time to The Pineland Marina. There are several grocery services offered on the island to stock your home prior to arrival. If you prefer to get your own groceries we suggest ordering online for pickup on the way to the marina. Be sure to allow for an additional 20 minutes for grocery pick up. You will want to arrive at the marina at least 15 minutes before your scheduled water taxi departure*
Once your ferry arrives our On Island Concierge Property Manager will be Awaiting Your Arrival! They will take you to Barefoot Hideaway and assist getting all of your luggage/groceries to the property. They will be on island should you need anything during your stay.

Great location and house! The owner is extremely responsive and the property management group goes above and beyond. We had some minor issues with Wifi and supplemental heat (unfortunately needed it the time we were there) and the reactions from both the owner and property management group were immediate with quick resolutions. Our family had an amazing trip - we highly recommend this house and overall location.

The house is exactly as described. The kitchen had everything we needed. Ally was immediately responsive to answer my questions before and during our stay. They selected exactly the groceries we requested and delivered and stocked the house with care. Arrival and departure were simple thanks to Ally’s team. My husband helped two families during our stay find their way around the island because they didn’t have attentive property managers like we did. We loved everything about it! Thank you!!!

The house was much better than expected, clean spacious with great open floor of plan, combining the kitchen and living room. Just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Plenty of space for our group. The water pressure is low but it’s ok since the rest of the house was amazing! Definitely coming back!
