Completely renovated with beautiful furnishing and a tropical pool and dining area. This home has a private beach access at the end of Schooner Drive. Each suite has its own private bath with a king bed in one a queen in the other. The spacious kitchen with granite counter tops and all the accessories needed for planning your island meals. Home is complete with golf cart, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrella and private pool. Escape to Paradise!

We absolutely loved staying at Shell Cottage. The house is very equipped. Pat has provided a true home away from home. It is clean, beautifully decorated. The pool and landscaping is very inviting. I should have asked more questions to prevent us bringing more than we needed. I would definitely stay again. The Island is wonderful and we were there at a slow time. I reccomend shelling at the nature preserve. What a wonderful vacation.

Great private pool. Great sun/ shade mix! Pat is an exceptional host and was very helpful. The location is about two blocks to access in the gulf. The house is very “beachy” and comfortable! If you need a “sun” break, there are several fans and excellent a/c (if need be).If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped . There is all kinds of seating areas. We totally recommend this home.

We loved Shell Cottage - already planning to return. The house is well stocked, very clean and in a perfect location. Property is very well maintained and the pool was perfect.

Our family had a wonderful time at Shell Cottage. The home was clean upon arrival and well stocked with all the amenities for us to use. The pool was great and well heated. There are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to use and the house had many toys, games and puzzles that our boys had fun playing with. The house is very close to the private access beach. It was so nice having that part of the beach basically to ourselves most days. Plus, the shelling was great right there. We had a wonderful time in North Captiva.
