Kim was a great host and always quick to respond. Townhouse was nice, clean, and everything we wanted.

We had a wonderful stay. Kim quickly responded to all my questions with valuable information. I discovered that many of the property management personnel do a meet and greet at the ferry which adds a personal connection. However with this townhome so close to the ferry, that is not a necessity. We definitely will be coming back to the island with friends next time.

We loved staying here, great location, clean, well stocked kitchen equipment, nice newer golf cart. We will be visiting again, thank you for having us!!

What a great townhome for our family of 5!! From 2 golf carts to DVD's galore to board games and beach toys, Kim has everything you need to enjoy your time on North Captiva Island!
