Located just ten miles from downtown Llano this gorgeous property sits along the banks of the pristine Llano river. The property includes a main house with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths that sleeps 4 a loft that sleeps 2 and bunkhouse that sleeps 5 with one bathroom and it’s own kitchen. There is a large patio and fire pit to enjoy evenings under the stars after a day of fishing, kayaking or exploring the hill country. Our deer lease is about 15 minutes aways from this property. Once we realized it was going to 100 degrees out we decided to rent this property to get out of the heat and relax in the river. With the bunk house it was perfect for my family of 4 and my parents! The entrance of the river was great for two toddlers. It was the perfect long weekend trip to relax. We have it saved to hopefully stay at again one day!

We had a trip of six guys, three father and son groups, to the hill country planned and found this rental which worked out perfect for us. The house and bunk house were very accommodating, clean and comfortable. The location outside of Llano was perfect. The property is in an area along the river that was very scenic with deer in the yard everyday. There are neighbors, but we never saw them and my guess is they are mostly getaway type places. I would recommend for your next trip.

My family was looking for a little weekend getaway with river access and room for us all to spread out. This place fit the bill nicely! While there is river access at the property, it might be better suited for kayakers or those fishing. There is a spot just a little down the road that has better river access for swimming with rocks to sit on and more moving water. Overall a nice vacation spot and I would go back.

We had a great time with our family of 5. We loved spending time at the river swimming, floating, and fishing. We brought an umbrella which was perfect for the gravel bar at the river’s edge. The listing included WiFi but we found upon arrival that there is no internet at the cabin. Thanks for a great stay!

Definitely a nice quiet getaway, it is secluded enough to enjoy, but also close enough to run into town. We did not get to enjoy the river as much as we would have liked due to being in town for a wedding, but the stay was great!

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The main house and bunkhouse were clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The property was well kept and had wonderful views. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen that many stars at night. We especially loved being right on the river. Fishing, kayaking, sun soaking it was all great! The hosts are amazing!!! We can’t wait for our next trip here!!!!

Booked so the family could enjoy the Crawfish Festival and the weekend was awesome. The house was a perfect fit with the bunkhouse reserved for the family with kids who rise before the sun. Ok. The separation between the main house and the secondary structure was more problematic than anticipated with the older children. Overall, pretty much as advertised. Kids enjoyed the river. Access and locks were excellent. Refrigerator leaks, which was a bit messy.

Our family really enjoyed getting together out in this rural,peaceful setting. We had a late Christmas and had plenty of room and all the necessities we needed. The owner was very helpful and understanding. Little to no traffic on the rural road so we were able to relax.

Excellent Hill Country location to escape the rat race and chill out on the river. Great for kids with the detached bunkhouse and loft in the main house. Awesome lighted covered area outside bunkhouse for games/being outdoors even though it rained and rained. Comfy beds, good towels, Dish TV, well maintained and equipped. Host was super responsive and helpful.

We visited the cabin for a weekend with 5 15/16 year old boys. They loved that they had their own cabin attached to the carport. The river by the property was beautiful and very serene. We didn’t catch many fish, but enjoyed the surroundings.

This was a great please for my family to all meet up for the long weekend. We enjoyed staying here, even with the river a little low. The kids had a fun time playing out on all the “islands” and stayed in the river for most of the day. Definitely recommend for larger groups (11).

The hosts were wonderful. Really on the ball. Great asset to have two separate buildings. We had another couple join us for a night and they had a two year old. Worked out wonderfully to have separate space. Also the metal roof construction gives large areas of shade available.

Very nicely stocked home and bunkhouse. Air conditioners worked well in such hot Texas temps. Bring floating tubes and an air pump to enjoy laying around in the waist high water. Caught my first fish-yay! Loved the little boat they gave us access to, and the fire pit for s'mores! Had a great time!

Our stay included an easy check in process and communication with owners was open and quick to respond. Owners are super friendly and provided everything we needed for our stay. It was nice not to have to lug linens back and forth from home. There was wildlife EVERYWHERE! The river down from the property is great for fishing but we drove down the road to swim with the kids by the bridge. Overall a fun weekend family river trip!
