Perfect place for a weekend getaway from the city life. House is well stocked with everything you might need. Some reviews say that water is a long walk, it's really not, even though the lake receded quite a bit, it's approx a min walk to the water. We didn't swim in the "back yard", we drove down to the public beaches, about 15 min drive. Nice a quiet area, but if you are looking for something more up beat, town is a short drive away. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Lake Buchanan in the future. Thank you

This is a spacious house with plenty of room for everyone to have fun. We enjoyed the game room for pool although the pool table needs repair and for watching football. We fished and hiked, and the kids had fun digging on the shore.

We enjoyed our trip. The house was perfect for our group. It had everything we needed. The location on the lake was amazing. It was just a short walk to the water.

House smelled, was a long way from the water vs what the picture looked like, we did not even know until the last day there was another room we could have used that was an out building. linens furniture and floors need to be updated.
