Spend days on the sun-kissed waters, enjoy a friendly match on the outdoor tennis court, light up the BBQ or sunbathe all afternoon — there’s something for everyone.
Two swimming pools sparkle outdoors within the neighborhood, with one of them only a brisk walk from the villa. Bring your tennis racquets and balls and enjoy a friendly match on one of the neighborhood tennis courts.
Back inside, a spacious living area awaits you, with cobble-stoned walls, wooden fixtures and puffy sofas that flank a smart TV. Lounge by the firepit, savoring the red-maroon furnishings of the place. Large floor-to-ceiling sliders open on to an airy balcony, where 5 lounge chairs bask amongst the lush foliage outside. A half bathroom is also provided in this part of the house.
The open-plan kitchen is a space of vibrant, red cabinetry and sleek granite countertops. It is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a blender, stove, coffee machine, cooking and wine ware, oven and a refrigerator. A round dinner table sits in the center with 8 high chairs, perfect for sundown cocktails or family get-togethers.
Kids will have a gala time in the teeming game room located upstairs. An especially popular feature of the home, it comes with a ping-pong table and shuffleboard. Spend hours playing board games, or relax on comfy couches before the TV. It also offers a kitchenette and a mini fridge for any mid-game cravings.
Coventry Oasis accommodates up to 12 guests in 3 bedrooms that are cozy, inviting and furnished with soft carpets and beddings.
Bedroom #1 is the master, boasting a king-size bed, a smart TV and sliders opening onto the stunning outdoors. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower and double vanity.
Bedroom #2 features 2 queen-size beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Ideal for kids, bedroom #3 is complete with 3 bunk beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The water levels are at extreme lows, so the water is not accessible from the property dock.
