THE SPACE:
Welcome to Red Bird Lake House, your private waterfront escape on Lake Travis designed for making memories! Wake up to peaceful water views, sip coffee on one of two large decks, and spend your days on the water with private boat dock access just steps from your back door. Our home combines the comforts of a modern, 5-star retreat with the fun of a classic lake house.
LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT:
▪ Upstairs Living Room: Relax on a large luxury sectional while enjoying gorgeous lake views. This space features a 75” Samsung Smart TV, family games, and books for cozy nights in.
▪ Downstairs Game Room: The ultimate entertainment hub! This room boasts a 100” Samsung Smart TV with a premium soundbar, a second 65” Samsung Smart TV for multi-event viewing, a PlayStation 5, a shuffleboard table, and an arcade machine with over 5,000 classic games.
▪ Converted Garage: This multi-use hangout features a ping pong table, a poker table, a refrigerator for drinks, and a 55” Samsung Smart TV.
KITCHEN & DINING:
▪ The bright, fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, generous counter space, and expansive windows with beautiful lake views.
▪ Enjoy flexible dining options, including a formal dining table for six, a kitchen island with seating for four, and a breakfast table for up to six.
BEDROOMS & BATHS:
▪ Primary Suite (Upstairs): A private sanctuary with a king bed, dedicated sitting area, a 65" Smart TV and direct access to the upstairs deck. The ensuite bathroom features a jetted tub and a separate walk-in shower.
▪ Double Queen Bedroom (Downstairs): Perfect for families, this room offers two plush queen beds and a private ensuite bathroom with a relaxing wet sauna. Includes a 55” Smart TV and a large walk-in closet.
▪ King Bedroom (Downstairs): A serene retreat with a cozy king bed and beautiful bay windows that frame views of the outdoor fireplace. This room also has a 55” Smart TV.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire property. This includes:
* The entire house (all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen)
* Laundry room
* Converted garage game room
* All outdoor patios, decks, and yard space
* Private boat dock on Lake Travis
The property is secured by a private gated entrance. Keyless entry is provided for the front door; you will receive your unique 4-digit access code prior to check-in.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
**Boat Lift:** Use of our HydroHoist 8800 boat lift is available upon request. Please contact us before your stay to make arrangements.
**Future Remodel:** Please note that the laundry room is scheduled for a remodel in March 2026 to upgrade to dual washers and dryers. We do not anticipate this will impact any stays prior to that date.
