About this house rental
Welcome to Santana, your lakefront paradise on Lake Travis! 2.5 acres and new 2020 construction with gorgeous lake views and your very own private boat dock, spa, and Olympic-sized volleyball court. Fast Wi-Fi (200 Mbs), Cable TV in all four rooms, and both living rooms with YouTube TV and streaming. Enjoy it all here.
Please read House rules. This is an excellent place to vacation with friends, family, or work retreats. Pets welcome, $75 non-refundable fee for each pet.
The house is 4 stories with an elevator. We are kid and pet friendly with a couple of baby/pet gates already installed and a Pack N Play that is in the master bedroom closet.
NOTE: THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. NO PARTIES , EVENTS or LOUD NOISE AFTER 10 PM.
Excessive guests or noise will not be allowed. The Police will kick everyone out and all deposits will be forfeited if the number of approved guests is exceeded at any time of the stay.
The house is fully furnished with a BBQ, cooking gear, plates, dishes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, etc. The Keurig machine is amazing and makes lattes, cappuccinos as well as regular coffee.
Guests have access to all the amenities on site including the arcade, volleyball court, balconies, grill, dock, standup paddleboards, lake toys and hot tub. The hot tub is emptied and filled fresh for every reservation.
We deep clean, sanitize & follow CDC guidelines. 24/7 self check-in.
Explore Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge, get the adrenaline flowing at Lake Travis Zipline Adventures, and explore Volente Beach Waterpark. Flat Creek Estate Winery in Marble Falls is nearby for a relaxed afternoon.
Since we're on the North Side of Lake Travis, it's about a 45 minute drive to proper Austin. A car is definitely recommended.
Outside quiet hours are at 11PM on weekends and 10 PM on weekdays.

This place has a lot to offer: private park with lake access, private volleyball court, pool, tennis courts, etc. it has Great Lake views from the house. Check in and check out was super easy. The property management was very responsive when it comes to getting help finding things. Overall, it was a great experience with friends and families. We would love to come back and spend another wonderful time here.

Our stay at the Santana waterfront lake house was nothing short of spectacular. Nestled inside of a peaceful neighborhood on Lake Travis, this charming retreat offered breathtaking views and a tranquil ambiance that rejuvenated our souls.
The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the private dock, where we enjoyed leisurely mornings walks down the path at sunrise to see the glistening waters and afternoons filled with water activities. The convenience of boat pickup right from the dock made exploring the lake effortless and added an adventurous touch to our getaway.
The house itself was beautifully appointed, with cozy furnishings and all the modern amenities one could wish for. The addition of a golf cart was a delightful surprise, making it easy to traverse the property and nearby places with ease.
The hosts was incredibly accommodating, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The local recommendations for dining and activities enriched our experience and allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the charm of the area.
Overall, our time at the Santana waterfront lake house was unforgettable. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an adventure-filled escape on the water, this hidden gem ticks all the boxes. I can't wait to return and create more cherished memories at this idyllic lakeside haven.

Liz was fantastic about letting us know everything about the amenities of the condo and things to do before we arrived. Volleyball court on property was a hit with the teenagers as well as the basketball arcade game. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a family. It is very clean and comfortable.
