Nestled within a ravine along the Pedernales River, the property spans over 2.5 acres of land and boasts breathtaking views of the Texas Hill Country. You will feel 1,000 miles away while still being close to all of the exciting outdoor activities Spicewood and Lake Travis have to offer. The house consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is complete with everything you could need, whether you are enjoying a nice staycation away from the City or experiencing the Austin area for the first time. Cool off in the luxurious pool while you catch a game or watch a movie under the Gazebo! Work up a sweat on the pickleball court! Roast marshmallows at the fire pit adjacent to the river! Show off your meat smoking skills on the green egg! Enjoy a nice cocktail during a game of cutthroat on the pool table! Take out the paddle boards for a Pedernales adventure!
