Make the half-hour drive to Regency 810, a lovely garden-level condo with plenty of free parking. This two-bedroom condo is the perfect condo for your ohana. Nice Condo. The only problem was the cable stopped working for a day but was corrected.The toilet handle in the master bathroom sticks so the toilet runs unless one corrects it manually.

The condo was clean and very conviently located to everything in poipu. Close to the beaches and many restuants and shopping places. The upstairs neighbors where loud and made a lot of noise all the way to 2 am in the morning. That was the only down fall.

Beautiful condo as described. More beautiful in person. Safe area. Easy access to beach and highways. Lots of eateries close by. Would definitely stay here again when visiting family on Kauai!!!

The condo was clean and comfortable. Needs a few updates. Some of the blinds didnt work and definetly needs a new coffee maker but overall great location close to everything in poipu. The people upstairs were very loud every night and all the way up to 2 am very inconsiderate. I have no idea what they were doing sounded like jumping and a lot of running.
