Whether you go to Hawaii for the sun, beaches, golf, tennis, shopping, or seafood, you won't regret making this beautiful condo your home away from home! Featuring a split AC, this 1478 square foot property is situated on the second and third floor on a beautiful private corner surrounded by gently rustling palm trees and a beautiful garden view. At the top of a short flight of stairs, you enter a large living room with the dining room separated by a breakfast bar from the expansive kitchen, featuring all the amenities. The condo is decorated in tasteful island tones and kick-back comfortable furniture under cathedral ceilings. The living room lanai is large enough for breakfast or cocktails and informal moonlit dinners. The cool shade from the surrounding palms gives the indoor and outdoor space a welcome oasis from a long day at the beach. The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, private bath, and separate lanai, while the second bedroom has a king-size bed with a full bath across the hall, and the third-floor bedroom is open and roomy with two twin beds and a half bath. The condo luxuriously sleeps six, and the fold-out couch allows up to 8 guests, thereby making it the perfect place to stay on your dream family vacation to Hawaii!

We really enjoyed our visit and the condo was in a good location. We were able to walk to the beach in under 10 minutes. The only issue was that the washing machine was out of order. This was an inconvenience but overall, we had a great stay.

Don't get me wrong - this property is listed as AC in 2 rooms, but it got very stuffy very quickly. Even with the shades closed. Coffee grinder was broken, laundry door came off the hinges and the doors were all squeaking. The apartment has a very dated vibe. That being said, the property management team was incredibly responsive, the 2 ACs were turned on the moment we got home (or else we suffered), and we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay in Kauai

This was a wonderful place for my wife and I to stay with our four teenage grandchildren. Only a short walk to the beach, plus the kids like the use of the athletic club. Note that there is only two room air conditioners - one in the master bedroom and the other in the loft - so it gets warm in the afternoons. But, there are plenty of fans to help keep it comfortable.

We stayed at Regency 321 in mid-June, which is as stated - family friendly. It came with a pack n play w/ mattress and free baby gates. We only ended up renting a high chair. Although the space was comfortable enough for up to 8 to stay, I'm sure more could fit, as most of our family ended up on the living room floor on a futon and couch cushions to sleep. It was nice having the portable AC units in the master BR and upstairs loft. However, it was still a little hot and humid in the rest of the space and somewhat manageable with all the fans going, closed blinds and open windows. (Would be 5 stars, if it had central AC) We were really close to the pool and only a 10min. stroll to Poipu beach. My kids (three - 6yo and younger) all loved swimming at Poipu beach! The kitchen was pretty well stocked with main appliances (including hot pot, toaster, coffee pot). A neighbor even came over to borrow the crockpot. We were given starter dishwasher and laundry detergent pods.We still brought our own due to skin sensitivities in our family. The master bath has a walk-in shower w/ handles, perfect for anyone in the family needing assistance. The main bath tub has "high" walls, making it difficult to climb over, but awesome for bathing the kids! This unit is on the 2nd level - again, something to consider if a family member has a physical disability. The staff at Suite Paradise were friendly, kind and responsive. We would definitely consider staying here again.

This was a great place to stay a lot of restaurants near by including a drug store.We were walking distance from the beach. Me and my husband went walking every morning. We had a three bedroom 3 bath it was very well taking care of big and roomy felt very safe. Made breakfast every morning and had all the utensils we needed to cook with. Would recommend this place to everyone
