From the lanai, you're only steps away from the greenbelt and under a 5 minute walk to Kauai's best beaches!

The Villa's sit on the coveted greenbelt leaving just a few minute walk between you and the beach! Poipu Beach is Kauai's most desirable area and was recently rated the #1 beach in all of America. My unit is among one of the biggest condominiums you'll find in Poipu! The unit's size and the internal layout provide spacious comfort for as many as 10 adults (additional space for small children) but can also work well and is priced perfectly for smaller groups.
The floor plan is well laid out with everything on one floor. There are NO stairs inside the unit and three private master suites each with its own full private bathrooms. High speed wireless internet is available at no additional cost to stay connected, should you chose to. Additional sleeping for groups larger than 10 will be on the air mattress or pack n plays for the little ones.

Everything was wonderful. Beds were comfortable, condo was clean. Everything you might need for your vacation. Great location. Easy to walk down to beach, get a cup of coffee in the morning. Afternoons the turtles come onto the beach, and a few seals too! Thank you for a great stay!

Mike was a tremendous host, the best I have had to date. He is extremely responsive to questions/concerns before we arrived and was very attentive during our stay as well. The property itself was very well maintained, clean, and had everything in the unit that we needed. I strongly recommend staying at this unit.
