Beautiful property worth a 10 but I gave it a 8 because of the silly rules.
Very spacious, nicely stocked kitchen, lots of beach extras ( chairs, umbrella, snorkel equipment, etc) tennis and pickleball courts (for an extra fee) , pools with hot tubs. Close to two great beaches. Staff always available to answer questions. Parking right at the door.
Too many ridiculous rules. We got three warnings. No backing into the parking space, no towels on the railings (though they were on the back railing not visible to anybody), nothing on the porch except shoes (we’d left the beach cart there again out of sight). We thought the next warning would be no socks on the porch, only shoes!
