The light, bright, and airy condo can be your private vacation retreat! A wonderful feeling of home, with fantastic cross-breezes created by the Pacific trade winds, this 1478 square foot unit is located just a short walk to the beach and very close to the resort pool. Featuring comfortable island-style décor, and a fully equipped kitchen with enough cookware for service of up to 8, this upper-level unit is located within the upscale Regency complex of the famous Poipu Kai Resort. If it's convenience you are after, beaches, shops, and activities can be found all within a short distance, so you'll never run out of things to do (or places to shop!).
(The third bedroom is loft style)

PRO's: The place was perfect for our stay. Kitchen had everything to cook all three daily meals. Pool and barbecue area was close and convenientCON's: Water heater kept tripping and needed to be reset. First night , cold showers till a maintenance man came the next morning

This was a great location. Short and beautiful walk to beaches and restaurants. The pool was right by the unit.Chairs and beach towels were provided which was greatly appreciated. Check in was easy, and the office people were so nice. When we arrived, they were replacing the roofs of some of the buildings. They started work early. The place is a little outdated and with no air conditioning, it was a bit hot. However, they provided lots of fans. We had a great time, overall.

We loved our stay here. Perfect for our family of 8. Be prepared for it to be a little stuffy and hot right when you arrive but with the windows open and fans on it gets really nice. Thanks for having us!

I loved the proximity to the beach and the condo was excellent. The only part that could be improved was communication. We had a late flight on our last day so we wanted to request a noon check out instead of 10am. I called the day before (the instructions in the binder said NOT to call earlier than the day before) and was told they would talk to housekeeping and text me an answer. I didn’t hear back so the next day I called their office 6 times and left messages from 8am to 9:30am. I finally got someone on the phone at 9:30 but at that point we had already prepared to leave in a half hour. It was very frustrating.

This condo is well located and quite spacious. Our family of 5 were all comfortable and enjoyed the property a lot! We visited the athletic club several times and spend time at two of the properties pools. The interior of the condo is quite outdated but everything is functional and clean. We would stay here again!

This place was great to stay at. Full kitchen and spacious rooms. Plenty of room for our family of five. Easy walk to the beach. It was great to have use of the two pools. Having the loft upstairs was great to have an extra bed for our family. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Great to stay on the second floor as we slept with our windows open all night. We stayed at the end of March and the temperature was great. I would highly recommend this spot. Everything was clean and we really enjoyed it. Note the workout center was great, we used it once, but it is a short drive, or a long walk away. It's probably stated clearly in the listing, but I didn't realize that till I got there. Great place! We loved our vacation here.

Overall, the condo was very spacious for a 2 bedroom plus loft. Centrally located to all amenities. Only complaint was that this unit did not have an AC which made it uncomfortable at times, especially when humidity kicks in & cool wind dies down. Otherwise, good for the family.

Unit was spacious...we took our family of eight and had plenty of room. Four stars because of things like cabinet fronts and walls needing a good scrub. The refrigerator and kitchen baseboards were covered in grease spatter. Worth noting: they replaced the fridge the day we left, but we had nothing to do with that. Bathtubs pretty stained, rusty finishes, old mattresses in all rooms except the master, rug pad underfoot is shot, loose door knobs, and a sliding door that wouldn’t latch properly. Could use more lighting, and hooks or bars for all.the.towels...you are at the beach after all. *But* the unit is super close to one of the pools, the walk to the beach couldn’t be prettier or easier, kitchen was properly stocked with service for all, although we did purchase a corkscrew, and two ice trays (the one there was cracked all over) and left them. In-unit laundry is a huge plus. It’s obviously a well used unit, and for the price and location, I’d say it can’t be beat.

plenty of space for 6 adults.kitchen has everything you will need. there is a gas bbq on the property about 100 yards away. about 10 minute walk to poipu beach. easy access to all roads towards waimea or princeville. price for the size of unit was very good. very close to hot tub/swimming pool. only negatives: tv's are extremely small and no a/c(unit was a little warm at bedtime). i would rent this unit again.
