Sugar Mill Cottage is located in the heart of the Poipu Kai Resort community. It is the perfect location for beach access to either Shipwrecks beach or Poipu Beach park. A short stroll in either direction will take you to sun and sand!

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.
The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. A very quiet little neighborhood with the four cottages in a secluded section surrounded by all the condominiums. This place is very well stocked for cooking at home and would be a great setup for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. There is a great selection of beach toys and chairs available. It is very clean, and the bathrooms are stocked with decent bathing soaps and shampoo if you didn't pack yours. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location-easy walk to Poipu beach along the path. It was great to have the wagon, boogie boards, etc.
