Step outside to one of two private lanais to enjoy refreshing island breezes, or unwind indoors with the comfort of central air conditioning after a day at the beach. The spacious primary suite offers a king bed, TV, private lanai access, and a luxurious marble bath with dual sinks, an oversized walk-in shower, and a deep jetted soaking tub. The guest bedroom features two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon advance request, with a full bath conveniently located just across the hall.
You're just steps from the pool and BBQ grills, and only minutes from Poipu's beautiful beaches, tennis courts, additional resort pools, hot tub, shopping, and dining.
Pool Maintenance Notice: To help maintain and enhance the resort amenities, the Regency AOAO has scheduled a swimming pool renovation project. During this time, guests may experience intermittent construction noise associated with saw cutting, demolition, plaster replacement, and tile installation.
To minimize the impact, only one pool will be closed at a time, and the Poipu Kai Pool will remain available throughout the project.
Scheduled Pool Closures:
October 4 – October 23: Pool 2 (behind Regency Building 7) will be closed.
October 25 – November 20: Pool 1 (located in the center of the complex) will be closed.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The condo was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with a tropical feel that made us feel like we were truly on vacation. We loved being just a short walk from the beach. Poipu Beach was fantastic for snorkeling, and seeing the honu (sea turtles) was definitely a highlight of our trip! The beach equipment was a thoughtful bonus and made our beach days even more enjoyable. The location was convenient for exploring the area, and we would happily stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location.
Improvements: considering the cleaning fee is $295, the ceiling fans, vents and ceiling in primary bedroom need dusting, the ceiling dust appears to look like mold.
An upgrade to a Keurig Coffee machine would be practical.
We were pleasantly surprised with the beach chairs and boogie boards that were available.

Everything was perfect! Clean and they had everything you could ask. Never had to buy one thing except snacks and drinks. The pool and jacuzzi is right outside and you can’t hear anything! I would love to live there
