The space
Welcome to the perfect family vacation home! This house truly has everything anyone could want in a getaway - from the LSV to the multiple porches (front and back porches screened-in) and chef's kitchen plus the expansive living space both inside and out, it is a comfortable home for a large family or groups!
From the professional designer decor to the stainless steel appliances and chef's kitchen with island breakfast bar, to the gorgeous open-concept floor plan and porches perfect for entertaining, dining and relaxing - plus board games for the family's enjoyment - this fully-equipped home is the perfect spot for memories to be made! There are also 4 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests' use!
This GORGEOUS home is situated in the ultra-desirable WaterColor community, making for easy + quick access to WaterColor's numerous amenity offerings (Camp WaterColor for families is just steps away, the WaterColor Beach Club, countless walking trails, tennis courts, etc. just to name a few)!**
**Your stay comes with COMPLIMENTARY access to all of these wonderful WaterColor amenities!
The gourmet kitchen boasts quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar with seating + eat-in kitchen, and a spacious dining area. Also on the first floor is the master bedroom which features a king sized bed and an attached private bath with separate soaking tub and shower, an office space, and the half bathroom.
Sit and enjoy the Florida breezes while relaxing on one of the covered porches or cruise over to Seaside for more eating, shopping and entertainment! There is also a very private outdoor sitting area (paver patio) with a fire pit, plus a screened-in back porch, as well as a large screened in front porch with porch swing day bed for relaxing after days spent at the beach or one of the 9 pools!

This house comes with a maximum of 12 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there may be sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Guest access
Guests will have inclusive access to the new Camp WaterColor facilities! It is a super easy walk from the house - the location of this home is amazing! This entire establishment is geared towards kids and has: main butterfly pool with monarch slide, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.
Additionally, guests will have access to the newly expanded + renovated WaterColor Beach Club. It features a huge main pool and lounge area, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!
Other things to note
Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved well in advance.
Please let us know if you don't wish to have access to Camp Water Color and/or the WaterColor Beach Club.
In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration.
Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.

We had a wonderful time! The home was perfect for a few families to share together. Walking distance to camp watercolor. It is a good distance from the beach but a golf cart is included and there is parking at the beach club.

The physical location of this property within Camp Watercolor was perfect for our stay. Sharing one golf cart was adequate because our grandkids could easily walk or ride bikes to the water park: their favorite activity!
