Welcome to Castaway at Seagrove, a stunning 3,325 sq. ft. custom-built luxury home located in the heart of NatureWalk, one of the most desirable communities along Scenic Highway 30A. Designed to deliver a refined yet comfortable vacation experience, this spacious home is surrounded by nature while remaining close to everything that makes 30A special.
The home backs directly to Point Washington State Forest, offering serene views, privacy, and peaceful mornings on the screened back porch as the sun rises through the trees. In the evenings, unwind on the front porch swing overlooking Sunset Pond — the perfect setting to relax after a full beach day.
Inside, the open-concept living area features hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and premium furnishings throughout. Gather for movie nights on the large-screen TV with surround sound or enjoy friendly competition in the game room featuring an Xbox One with games and controllers.
The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with quartz countertops, a gas cooktop, built-in microwave and oven, dishwasher, and a large stainless refrigerator. With a spacious dining table seating eight and additional counter seating for four, there's plenty of room for meals and memories together.
