The room was clean and well located in central Playa del Carmen. There are many, many restaurants and bars just outside the door. The mattress may be a tad firm for some. And you can very clearly hear the clubs until 3am. It's not just that you can hear the music; it is loud. Earplugs work wonders or you can just enjoy the clubs if that's your thing.

The place is a little sketchy but worked for a one night stay pinch. I like a firm bed…… this bed was like concrete! Don’t try to use the bathroom for real because you can’t flush the paper. Although if you’re looking for a super cheap getaway, I’d still look elsewhere UNLESS they change their beds. You can always walk to the mall to use those bathrooms so you can actually flush. Room 2 star Team 4 star
