Overall very good place and experience. The agency has a service thst you can contact and will answer all your questions. Super clean and comfortable, in a great area that is not so crowded with tourists near all the nice restaurants and shops. Very cozy. The only thing is that is a bit small for a family of four. Perfect for less people.

Location, location, location! Simply a fantastic location. Right at the end of a mostly pedestrian street lined with restaurants, boulangerie, pâtisserie, fromagerie, grocery stores, and small shops (Rue des Petits Careaux is an extension of Rue Montorgueil and the Marché de Montorgueil). Active neighborhood vibe with both Parisians and visitors but quiet in the flat. Walking distance from Châtelet–Les Halles, with the Sentier metro mere meters from the door to the building. Very responsive hosts. Property rules are strict on noise. The bed was very comfortable and the pull-out couch was better than expected. Third floor walk-up without elevator. Building felt secure with code at outer door, key fob at inner courtyard door, and key for the flat itself. Ideal location for our stay. 10/10

We were looking for a place to house our two tweens and ourselves better than a hotel and in a great location and this was perfect for 2-4 guests. Its compact, but everything is there. AC was a huge plus and its been refined with smart and functional finishes. Very secure and would happily spend another week there in the future.

Dark, dingy entrance. Narrow, crooked stairs up to 3rd floor. It was fine, but not great. TINY room. No place to put a suitcase. Ok for a couple, but not more. You have to walk by the bed in the living room to go to the tiny, windowless bathroom. Definitely would not stay again.
