Welcome to our 46m2 air-conditioned apartment on the half-first floor (7 steps) and arranged as follows for your utmost comfort:
- 1 living room with sofa, coffee table
, television, Wi-Fi
- 1 dining area with table and chairs for meals
- A fully equipped open kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dryer)
- 1 bedroom with 140cm double bed
- 1 bedroom with 160cm double bed
- 1 complete bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
cleaning fees include linens and towels for each guest and are carried out by a professional agent

Travelers will have access to the entire apartment
The Neighborhood:
Apartment very well located, in the heart of Paris, near rue Etienne Marcel and at the corner of rue Montorgueil, 5 minutes from the Grands Boulevards, 20 minutes from the Opera and 20 minutes from Beaubourg, on foot.
In this central and very lively district of Paris, you will find all your favorite shops and boutiques as well as numerous cafes and restaurants. Supermarkets are also within walking distance from the apartment
It is also the district of all the Parisian theaters, the famous Grand Rex cinema and the famous Grévin museum.
Getting Around:
Metro lines 8 and 9 Bonne Nouvelle at 149m
Metro lines 4, 8 and 9 Strasbourg-Saint-Denis at 224m

First, the good: The check-in team was superb. The location was excellent. The apartment was large and spacious and the small kitchen and combo washer/dryer were much appreciated. The shower was excellent. Next, the okay: There were awkward stairs leading down into the unit and up to the full bathroom that was just off the entryway. The unit is on the first floor and looks out into a courtyard. During our stay there was loud construction happening literally right next door. There is peeling paint on the shower ceiling, and the living area furniture is tired/old. The not so good: One of the windows was broken and would not fully close, and could not be fixed during our stay (part needed). Luckily there were bars in front of the window. The unit was missing a smoke/CO detector even though it said it had one. Once we discovered this (after 2 nights), they added one promptly. The kitchen sink faucet had to be tightened, done promptly.
