Large 2-room apartment in central Paris, Montorgueil district. Very close to 4 metro lines, lively neighborhood with restaurants and stores in the immediate vicinity. Very bright, with 2 beds for up to 4 people. 2nd floor. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, latest-generation flat-screen TV, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, induction hob, WIFI with fiber and also Dyson Purifier Purifier and Cool fan, brand-new equipment, fully renovated in Sept 2021 with high-quality finishes.

What a wonderful spot to call home base in Paris. More of a local vibe without tourists everywhere, but close enough to all the sights either by walking or metro. Walking distance to all types of restaurants, boulangeries, fromageries, bars, bistros, etc. I would definitely stay here again! Claude was very responsive……even when we locked ourselves out at 9 pm one night! Thanks again!

Great location for access to shopping and food stores. Host was excellent and helped with check in. Kitchen was fully equipped. Had a Great time staying in this apartment and would not hesitate to recommend this place for a short or long term stay. Thanks Claude for a great time. Until next time. Au revoir.

Claude was an excellent host! The apartment was conveniently located to the Sentier Metro stop, grocery stores and restaurants. The use of the washer and dryer was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

Claude is the most welcoming and accommodating of hosts! He met us in person at check-in, earlier than planned, too. His apartment is spotless, newly renovated in a charming 18th century building. It's very cool to think that we were climbing the same original, well-trodden 250 year-old solid wood stairs that are from before the French Revolution! The top floor is recommended for those fit enough to climb 4 stories. The location is great: Easy to walk to the major sites nearby, or those further out via Metro. Fun neighborhood with lots of cafés, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Would 100% stay here again!
