About this house rental
A modern 130 m² home built in 2016, located a 5-minute walk from the lake beach and the harbor, in the heart of the Hourtin National Forest, within a private, secure, and quiet residential community.
South-facing, with two large terraces. The first floor measures 55 m², including 20 m² of covered space, and the upper floor has 20 m² of covered space.
Our home is laid out as follows:
On the first floor:
A beautiful 50 m² living area with an open kitchen, featuring a 3-meter sliding glass door leading to the covered terrace.
A kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, induction cooktop, Nespresso machine, and electric kettle...
A laundry room with a washer and dryer.
An air-conditioned living room with a large corner sofa, coffee tables, and a wood-burning stove.
An entryway with two large closets.
You’ll also find a sleeping area on the first floor consisting of two bedrooms, each measuring 12 m².
Each bedroom has two 90 beds or one 180 bed.
A hallway with a closet, a toilet, and a bathroom with a sink and walk-in shower.
Upstairs:
You’ll enter a bright 17 m² mezzanine with a corner sofa and a Chromecast-enabled TV, leading out to a 20 m² covered terrace where a hammock and outdoor furniture await you for a nap, complete with a view of the pine trees!
You’ll also find a 12 m² bedroom with a 160-size bed and a large closet.
A separate toilet.
A bathroom with a sink and a walk-in shower.
Outside:
You’ll enjoy the furnished patio, which features an extendable table, 6 lounge chairs, a wooden patio set, a hanging rope chair, an electric griddle, and a large umbrella.
The garden is fully fenced and includes a pétanque court and a carport.
Nearby:
The beach is 300 meters away, along with the harbor offering boat rentals, kitesurfing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, pedal boats, an equestrian center, a water sports center, tennis, bike rentals, and more...

Villa possédant tout le confort nécessaire, très fonctionnelle pour 2 familles, emplacement réellement à 300 m de la plage. Ideal pour les enfants.
Pour trouver un seul bémol, dommage que les draps ne soient pas inclus dans le prix initial de la location.

Villa récente et très confortable, au calme dans un environnement verdoyant. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa localisation tout proche du lac (jolie plage et spot de kite surf à pied ) et du centre village ( à vélo ).
Idéal aussi pour rayonner dans la région.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, disponibles et partage avec plaisir leur bonnes adresses.
Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location. Nous recommandons vivement.
A noter : nous n’étions que 4 et nous étions très à l’aise. Par contre, selon moi, 8 personnes risquent d’être un peu serrées.
