Villa with a pool near Lac d'Hourtin

A pleasant, recently built, single-story L-shaped villa of approximately 160 m² with a pool, located in Hourtin halfway between the lake and downtown (about 800 m from each).
The house has 4 bedrooms with double beds and can accommodate up to 8 people.
Fully equipped for the perfect vacation: a large 80 m² living area with a 4K TV, foosball table, and library. Outside, there’s a large private parking area, a heated pool (May through September) on an 80 m² south/southwest-facing terrace, and a bocce court.
Accommodation
The house is located 12 km from the ocean and is close to the main coastal bike path in Gironde.

It offers all the necessary comforts.
Guest Access
The property is fully accessible.
There are 4 exceptions that are not accessible:
- garage
- walk-in closet in the master suite
- garden shed
- pool equipment room

We prefer to host families, as the house is (very) comfortable for 2 couples, each with 2 children
