About this house rental
Architect house of 165 m² spacious and very bright.
The central point of the house is the 70 m² living room with a playroom area, a living room, a dining room and an American kitchen.
From the living room, a large picture window will open onto a terrace covered with a bioclimatic pergola. Ideal place to share convivial moments, the terrace will become a real additional living room. Outside you can also enjoy the outdoor kitchen and the swimming pool, or simply relax on the hammock or on a deckchair.
The villa is located on an enclosed plot in the second line with private parking, 300 m from the village center and shops, where a market takes place 3 times a week.
Hourtin is ideal for nature lovers with its many cycle paths, the lake, the forest and the ocean. If you wish, you will also discover the Arcachon basin (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes) and the Cordouan lighthouse (approximately 1 hour).
Only animal friends are welcome, because during your stay you will have to take care of the family cat.

Superbe maison très bien équipée, dotée d’une piscine très agréable, d’une très grande pièce à vivre et d’une terrasse parfaite pour manger dehors, et située à 5 mn à pied du centre de Hourtin et 10 mn en voiture du lac. Merci à Steve et son épouse pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse
