In Lachanau district on Lake Hourtin, this villa will welcome you for a perfect holiday.
Situated on a plot of 700 sqm, the villa of 100 sqm consists of a large living / dining room very bright, open kitchen with a pantry and a glass wine cellar overlooking the living room. The night consists of 3 bedrooms. Both are equipped with double beds 160x200 and extensive storage. The third is equipped for 4 beds (2x2 bunk beds 90x200). Separate toilet with washbasin. A bathroom of 8 m² with a large shower and a full bath all.
Outside, a covered terrace of 35 sqm with garden furniture (10 persons) and sun loungers and a barbecue await you for your grill. Finally, a garage of 30 m² is available as well as parking can easily accommodate three vehicles.
Home, modern and comfortable, is the latest standards. The sound insulation is excellent and the area is in any way known for its calm. The mature garden is fenced and offer children a secure play area.
The banks preserved the lake are 300 meters away. The harbor, beach and entertainment are directly accessible by a trail in the woods. The ocean is 12 kilometers by car or bike paths directly accessible from the villa. The village of Hourtin, shops and market are within two kilometers.
Upon request, the Golf equipment or windsurfing you will be lent for the duration of your stay.

Very nice and spacious house in the quiet village of Lachanau. Hourtin is close by and can be reached by bike. All in all very good. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and had everything we needed. Just make sure to bring your own towels as they are not provided. You can even bbq in the garden and use the garage for your bikes. Two thumbs up.

Belle maison très confortable et de plein pied, ouverte sur le jardin et agrandie par une grande terrasse couverte. Très proche du lac et de l'océan. Très bel endroit en dehors du bourg. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.
