About this villa rental
A beautiful house located near the village square, which is home to many shops and hosts a market three times a week during the summer. There, you can enjoy oysters and a variety of local products.
The bike paths surrounding the house will take you to the lake, the skate park, or Île aux Enfants in 5 minutes, and to the ocean in 1 hour (15 minutes by car). You’ll ride through beautiful forests.
The house features a large open-concept living area with an open kitchen and a sloping ceiling, opening onto a terrace of nearly 50 m², part of which is covered (30 m²). It offers a magnificent view of the pool and its 20 m² terrace, the pool house, and the garden.
The pool, secured with a motorized slat cover, and the fenced-in garden provide a lovely play area for your children.
Fully equipped, the house is ideal for accommodating 3 couples with 2 children or blended families.
Baby equipment provided free of charge: travel crib, mattress, safety gate, umbrella stroller, small baby bathtub, and high chair.
The enclosed parking area can accommodate 2–3 cars.
The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms sleeping 12 + a baby cot:
--> Bedr. 1 with 1 double bed (140)
--> Bedr. 2 with 1 double bed (140)
--> Bedroom 3 with 1 double bed (140) and 1 bunk bed sleeping 2 people (2 beds measuring 90 x 200)
--> Room 4 with 2 bunk beds that sleep 4 people (4 beds measuring 90*200)
Cleaning NOT included. The property must be returned in its original clean condition: interior, exterior, and appliances included.
Sheets, towels, bath mats, and dish towels NOT included.

Very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. It would be better if bed linen and towels were available as we travelled by air from various parts of the world and luggage space was restricted.
