Our stay here in Mont Boron was a wonderful quiet, peaceful retreat, with a view that can't be beat. Having our rental car, we were literally withn 10-15 minutes of most of the places we wanted to see. We spent much time at beaches, seeing the sights (both surrounding and local - Matisse museum), renting electric bikes to cruise the city, and enjoying great French food, from restaurants and markets. Theirry and Fabian, were gracious and excellent hosts, providing a pool side French Apertif our last evening before we returned. For the relaxing quiet view, after daily outings, returning here to call it a day, was enjoyable.

Absolutely amazing property, perfect location, hosts fantastic!! Tip- Catch 33 bus from almost outside front door to centre of nice or walk to Villefranche-sur-Mer- both fabulous to eat and explore! Cannot recommend this venue highly enough

There’s so much I could praise that I don’t even know where to start, so I will try to give the highlights: I was in Nice for a « work-cation » and this was absolutely the perfect spot for that. Situated at the top of Mt Boron, among many of the world’s most famous people, the views, particularly of Cap Ferrat are incredible. There’s lots to explore and see off the beaten path. And if you are lucky, you’ll get a fireworks show or two on the weekends. This well-built in-law accommodation is located away from the hustle and bustle of central Nice, but really is easily accessible via the #33 bus if you don’t rent a vehicle. Getting to Eze, Villefranche, Monaco etc. was also very easy by bus (and I assume by car too). It was so peaceful at night and I was well-rested to explore in the morning and then work remotely. The wifi was good enough for video calls and screen sharing. Fabienne and Thierry were incredibly warm owners/hosts. They suffered graciously through me practicing French and provided ample advice and suggestions for exploring. It was a highlight of my experience to share a meal and a drink with them while we talked about everything and nothing. The true test of any accommodation is: would I return? Absolutely. I only wish I could have extended my stay a few days!

This property and the hosts, Fabienne and Thierry , was fantastic. Five stars! Located in a lovely area away from Centre Ville, but close enough by bus or car to all of the attractions in the Cote d,Azure and surrrounding environs. Buses run often, so we rarely used the car that we rented. The swimming pool is perfect for a morning swim and the park offers some lovely walks and hikes for those with varying abilities. Fabienne and Thierry were charming, gracious and lots of fun. Unfortunately, I fell ill a few days into the trip and spent several days in hospital, but they took excellent care of my husband, who was understandably nervous and doesn't speak a word of French. We plan to return as soon as we are able!

Wonderful views! Wonderful people! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay two week here. The Races were kind enough to pick me up from the airport,,, so appreciated. Transportation without a car was easy and efficient after a few trials. It’s the kind of place you want to return to again and again.

Boligen: Dejlig bolig som ligger på samme grund som ejeren af boligen. Dejlig varm pool som ligger lige foran boligen. Dejlig terrasse både ved boligen og ovenpå boligen. Soveværelse er lavet sådan, så man har den flotte udsigt direkte fra sengen af. Alt sammen helt nyt og i gode materialer. Meget flot bolig, god skabsplads og rigtig godt indrettet. Området: En utrolig flot perle. Udsigten fra boligen findes ikke flottere og den ligger i et meget stille område. Skal man til Nice, kan man tage bus 33, som går ca. tre gange i timen (det tager ca. 17 min.), ellers går man de 49 etage ned og ca. to km så er man i Nice. Nice er en by med masser af små side gader med butikker og spisesteder. Der er lækkert frugt og grøntmarked alle hverdage, som er et besøg værd. Vælger man den anden by, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, som er helt utrolig flot går der også her en sti ned til byen. Der er ca. 1500 mtr. så er man dernede. Der er også mulighed for, at tage bus 100 fra Nice til Monaco hvilket også er en stor oplevelse der kan anbefales. I byen Beaulieu-sur-Mer var der kæmpe stort og flot fyrværkeri ca. hver anden aften. Værtspar: Rigtige søde og meget venlige mennesker, som hvis man ønsker det vil de hjælpe alt det de kan. Vi var så heldige, at få dejlig frokost med dem et par gange. En sent eftermiddag kørte manden os op til et meget flot udsigtspunkt (Eze) og igen et stop senere på vej nedad bjerget. En eftermiddag gik vi ned til Beaulieu-sur-Mer, hvor de kunne fortælle så utrolig mange ting omkring området og begge dele ville vi ikke have set uden dem. Hvis man ønsker, at være sig selv er dette heller ikke et problem, de tager meget hensyn til deres lejer. Så tak fra os for en rigtig god uge hos jer og jeres skønne perle. Så klart en stor og varm anbefaling herfra til en dejlig og rolig ferie på en perle af et feriested.
