Ideal for a couple in love. You will be in the middle of nature in a calm and soothing place. Real bed and quality, housing equipped with a big screen TV smart tv and an internet connection in wifi or ethernet. Terrace with furniture of garden in front of the house + under ground done up with individual Jacuzzi, deckchair table and chairs has your disposition . fairy view on the port of nice quiet 8 minutes from the shops. We are 35 minutes from Cannes and 35 minutes from Italy and 10 minutes from the beach marinières Villefranche sur mer. Beautiful walks accessible directly from the hiring at the vinegar park for the lovers of the nature of jogging or mountain biking. A welcome snack and a breakfast will be offered on the first day. We look forward to welcoming you to our little paradise.

Really loved this place. It's quiet, tucked out of the way, lovely style inside, the hot tub was a great touch and the aircon was a god send! Couple of things to note, its quite hard to find initially, the owners don't speak much English, so limited in how they can help. Waze took us within a few hundred metres, so wait there and call and they'll come to meet you, to take you in. The road in and out has extreme speed bumps, and gradients! So if you have a low car with no lift, it will scrape! None of these things take away from a great stay, would recommend.

House is bery well equipped with everythinng required towels, sheets, large multimedia TV set, large fridge, multi jet shower, ... Bed is good as well, as the air-condition. Haven't missed anything the hosts are very nice and helpfull.

You will need to come by car. The rental can be a little tricky to find, but the hosts provide a clear map and offer assistance by phone once you get close. Once you arrive you'll have plenty of room to park and a beautiful view from the property. Philippe and Magali are thoughtful hosts and provide everything you need to be comfortable The location is very close to the Grande Corniche, providing easy access to Eze, La Turbie and Menton. The views along the route are spectacular. You can also reach St Jean Cap Ferrat quickly without driving through the city. To visit Nice, I like to drive to a nearby Parcazur and ride the tram into town. It's simple and inexpensive. There are few restaurants close by, but the kitchen is well-equipped for preparing your meals. For me, this was a perfect place to escape the noise and congestion of the city, and enjoy the view from above.

Le chateau is in a beautiful location high up on the hillside with a spectacular view overlooking Nice and the Airport and view of the Bay of Nice. We found the narrow winding driveway up to the property quite hair-raising and a small car was a must! The house was perfect for two people and well equipped with separate kitchen and shower room. We could also relax in the multi-level private garden and had use of the jacuzzi there. Philippe was a very welcoming host who provided beautiful food for us as our plane landed late on the first evening. The Côte D’Azure and the Cannes film festival made this a very special week indeed! Would definitely recommend this property to friends. Phyllis & Christoper.

We enjoyed staying in this small cute house in a quiet place with a beautiful views.It is good to have your own car and discover amazing viewpoints of Villefranche ,Cap Ferrat or Eze nearby and it is easier to get to Nice a other cities and villages.Both owners are lovely people and we thank them .We have nice memories staying in their house.

Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad in het kleine huisje met prachtig zicht. Phillippe en Magali hebben ons met open armen ontvangen, zijn super sympathiek en staan altijd klaar om je te helpen om info te verlenen over de streek. Het was heerlijk om twee zo'n vriendelijke gezichten te zien, en ook het lekkers dat voor ons klaarstond was subliem. De inrichting van het huisje is ronduit prachtig, en het zicht vanop terras en van door het venster is ronduit schitteren. Het is een zeer goede uitvalsbasis om de omgeving en de streek rond Nice te verkennen. Prachtige middeleeuwse stadjes zoals Eze en La Turbie hebben we bezocht. Een echte aanrader! De weg ernaartoe is voor betere chauffeurs, maar eenmaal op de bestemming aangekomen loont het zeker de moeite. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Ein super schönes Haus was gemütlich eingerichtet ist. Es fehlt an nichts. Wenn man abends von einem Städtetrip oder vom Strand wiederkommt, bietet das Häuschen noch einen tollen Jaccuzzi wo man den Abend bestens ausklingen lassen kann. Ein absolutes Highlight waren Philippe und Magali, die Hausvermieter. Wir haben zwei unglaublich tolle und herzliche Menschen kennengelernt und kommen gerne wieder.☺️.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison de Philippe et Magalie. Tout y était pour notre confort et nous avons bien profité des jacuzzi, Nous avons très apprécié les délicates attentions à notre arrivée. La location correspond en tout point à la description, le lieu est calme, reposant et bien placé pour découvrir la région (Nice, Eze, Monaco...). Wir wurden sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Das Häuschen ist gemütlich und liegt ruhig etwa 10 Fahrminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Für die Wanderungen in den Seealpen muss man sich mit Anfahrten von einer Stunde und mehr abfinden. Auch im Winter lässt es sich hier bestens aushalten und schön das ruhigere Hinterland erwandern. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Einzig denjenigen, die leidenschaftlich kochen, mag angeraten sein, das ein oder andere liebgewonnene Utensil im Reisegepäck mitzubringen. Das gilt aber nahezu für alle Unterkünfte, die wir bisher bereist haben. Wer den TV nicht nur mit französischem Programm nutzen möchte, sollte einen HDMI-Adapter mitbringen. Gastgeber und Unterkunft sind uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Danke für die nette Bewirtung.

Nous recherchions un p'tit nid douillet et calme pour nous reposer et nous ressourcer en bordure de mer en toute intimité. Tout a été vraiment parfait ! Outre le cadre et la situation exceptionnelle du logement, Philippe, le propriétaire, est quelqu'un de très agréable, accueillant, respectueux et discret, et toujours disponible et réactif pour que notre séjour se déroule parfaitement, conformément à nos attentes. Tout est réuni pour passer un agréable séjour. Charmante maison bien équipée tant à l'interieur qu'à l'exterieur.Climatisation appréciable. Les propriétaires sont tres acceuillants. Nous avons longuement profitez de l'exterieur le soir. Les plages sont à environ 10 -15 min en voiture. Nous avons apprécié la plage de la petite Afrique à Beaulieu. (grand parking payant: vous pouvez prendre un ticket à 20 Euros pour 15 jours). Eze village à voir absolument. Bref des vues incroyables sur la mer à chaque sortie. Merci encore à Philippe et Magali pour leur gentillesse et calins à vos deux petits toutous. Nous recommandons vivement votre logement à tous ceux qui veulent passer un séjour au calme. Sehr nettes kleines Haus in schöner ruhiger Lage nur 15 Autominuten von Nizza, Villefranche sur mer oder Éze village. Gutes bequemes Bett, gut ausgestattete Küche und schöne Dusche. Direkter Blick auf Nizza durchs Fenster und vom Wirlpoolrand. Den Sitzplatz vor dem Haus haben wir zum Frühstücken sehr genossen. Sehr nette, unaufdringliche Vermieter, die etwas oberhalb auf dem grossen Gelände wohnen. Auch die beiden kleinen Hunde haben uns sehr nett begrüßt. Die Wohnung roch bei unserer Ankunft etwas muffig, was sich aber nach ein paar Stunden Betrieb der Klimaanlage gelegt hatte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Häuschen liegt im Gelände des Gastgebers, jedoch eigens eingezäunt. Wir hatten totale Privatsphäre. Das Häuschen hat alles was man braucht und ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist schön abgelegen. Um an den Strand oder in die Stadt zu kommen, ist es allerdings schon etwas aufwendiger. Es gibt ein UNGLAUBLICHES Restaurant, das zu Fuß erreichbar ist. (la chaumiere) Wir hatten auch unseren Labrador dabei, was überhaupt kein Problem war. Jederzeit wieder!

Philippe war nett und hat uns gut aufgenommen und alles gezeigt. Auf den ersten Blick sah alles super aus. Alles war stilvoll eingerichtet und auch die Küche ganz gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten jedoch leider Pech mit dem Wetter und mussten öfter mal zu Hause bleiben und konnten uns dann nicht die wundervolle Stadt Nizza anschauen. Dazu kam noch, dass es in dem Haus keine Heizung gibt und uns gerade nachts oft ziemlich kalt war. Der Induktionsherd und die Töpfe funktionierten auch nicht immer so toll. Schade, dass man in der Küche und im Bad kein Fenster öffnen kann, sodass wir beim Kochen und nach dem Duschen ganz schön dicke Luft im Haus hatten. Leider ist das Haus auch nicht ganz so sauber gewesen und überall so ein bisschen muffiger Geruch. Das hat uns den Urlaub leider ein bisschen vermiest. Im Sommer sicher schöner...

Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen und entspannen jenseits des städtischen Treibens. Der Empfang durch die Vermieter war wie beim letzten Mal sehr herzlich. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und die Lage ist zur Erkundung der Küste östlich von Nizza ideal. Ein Auto ist allerdings zwingend erforderlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!
