5-ROOM CHALET FOR 10 PEOPLE:
Ground floor: Open-plan kitchen/living room (fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils, KRUPS DOLCE GUSTO coffee machine, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, microwave). Living room: Table and chairs, fireplace with insert, TV (flat screen). Access to a private terrace. Free access to the swimming pool located at reception (private to residents). Free parking.
Sleeping arrangements:
- Living room: a pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2)
- 1 bedroom with a double bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom and WC
Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed
- 1 mezzanine with a sofa bed

The residence consists of 3-star solid wood chalets that offer well-being and relaxation in a high-quality material. These magnificent accommodations are located close to the ski slopes, shops, and the snow front, just a 5-minute walk away. Facing south/southwest, these mountain chalets enjoy exceptional sunshine in both summer and winter and a superb view of the Dévoluy massif.
You also have access to the swimming pool (every day from 10 [hidden] to 7 [hidden] during opening hours) and the sauna (for a fee and by reservation), both private to the condominium. The swimming pool and sauna are open from December 13, 2025, to April 12, 2026, and from June 15, 2026, to September 15, 2026.
