Stay away, poor location, poor service
The flat was big and it had a bed to sleep on. That’s pretty much it!
We called before to ask if there were bed linen, Maeva confirmer there would be. Except there is no Maeva staff at the residence, only a concierge company and apparently they hadn’t been delivered and bedding for weeks... The concierge/cleaning lady told us she would bring us some bed sheets the next day, she never did. She also stopped answering the phone. So we had to sleep for 3 nights on a bare mattress!! Not great in the middle of a pandemic! Our key was also stuck in the door, we never managed to take it out and lock the door when we’re were leaving the flat... Same thing the concierge said she would send someone to fix it, never happened. Now for location, if you are travelling with kids like us, better to book another flat closer to the ski slops as it is quite a trip up and down... Maeva sort yourself out, and get some staff up there! This is a disaster!!
