Same as other. Stayed April 2026 for the finale weekend of the ski season. Very convenient location, helpfully staff and good room layout. However, cleanliness was way beyond par… stains on wall, dust on the carpet, and plain gross ventilation outlets … but was hard to beat for the price !

We spent a week skiing in Alpe d’Huez and had a fantastic stay at Pierre & Vacances Residence L’Ours Blanc. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, always helpful and pleasant.The location is excellent, right in the centre and just a short walk from restaurants, shops, and activities such as the swimming pool and the ice skating rink.
The apartment was very well equipped. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and it was great to have both a filter coffee machine and an espresso machine available. The living room was comfortable with a TV and a nice area to relax after a day of skiing. The residence also has self-service laundry facilities, which was very convenient during our stay.
Overall, it was a very comfortable and practical place to stay and it really added to our experience in Alpe d’Huez. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it.
