unsophisticated

leaving (after 1 night, even though i booked 3 nights)

as a 178cm man the bed was too small for me, my feet were hanging out of the end. the bunk beds were longer so i slept there. The man spoke no english and seemed to enjoy shouting and was full of the southern french hospitality we visitors have come to expect (none). no wifi. also, i am receiving all my paypal notifications from this host's messages now for some unknown reason, which i cant change except by blocking him. lack of technological proficiency, also unable to use bank card which is another negative aspect of the booking.

An amazing place to stay for a ski trip!

The location was amazing, a short 3-5 minute walk from the lifts up the mountain. As well as a short walk to the restaurants, bars and shops. The property owners were super friendly and made the stay that much more enjoyable! Would definitely stay again!

Just home, we really wanted to love it but sadly very disappointed.We do however love Les Deux Alpes

We enjoyed the position of the apartment block in Les Deux Alpes. Sunny balcony in the morning. We can thoroughly recommend The Spot Restaurant, Sagnes Restaurant and the Polar Bar for a cocktail or beer. Great atmosphere in all three.

We are absolutely not moaners, and have been to Les Deux Alpes on many occasions- we love it. We were in apartment 66 on the third floor. It did not reflect what we were expecting. Very basic. We did not enjoy having to pay for sheets and towels (32 euros), on top of what we thought was a high cost for the apartment. The size of the bedroom was very small and a shelf right across the head of the bed proved painful. In fact the apartment could sleep 5 - me and my husband had a job to manoeuvre around the bedroom/toilet/bathroom. The throw over the sofa bed was rather grubby. The drain smell in the building was not pleasant and at times overpowering. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor due to too many people using it in the building. The noise at night, from a large group enjoying themselves playing loud music, drinking, shouting etc until the early hours on 4 of the 7 nights we were there. I would add that our host was not happy about this either and called the police. She also came to try and sort out the Wi-Fi. It was not easy accessing our apartment through the dark corridors, albeit there were timed light switches (right next to apartment door bells!). We met a few people who were not expecting us.

Appartment was warm, clean and comfortable and appeared to be in good condition

Although the appartment itself was very good, the public areas of the building are a little tired and the entrance lobby and stair cases had an unpleasenat smell.

Overall we enjoyed ourselves but the apartment was disappointing as it was not had been advertised.

Apartment was not as advertised. The website stated it accommodated 6 persons but there were beds for only three. The photos on the website showed a double bed that didn’t exist. There was on two occasions not enough hot water for showers and the cooking facilities were primitive. The apartment was much smaller than the one advertised.

Very clean. Very reasonable price. Great location. Quiet and comfortable. Managers were really welcoming and at the end of our stay they let us keep our room a little longer.

A place to store ski stuff would have been helpful but we managed with the balcony.

Good location at the top end of town. great value for money. would stay here again if i went back to the resort.

The studio rooms are small but it had everything we needed and was great for my paartner and i! Would recommend if looking for a budget friendly warm and comfortable place to stay! We drove and the appartments had easy parking outside the front. Manager friendly and helpfyl!

Excellent séjour aux Deux Alpes... L'appart est très bien situé, ascenseur, propreté, fonctionnel Douche qui fonctionne très bien, la personne qui s'occupe des logements et vous remets les clés est d'une gentillesse rare... Tout est OK, très jolie vue, tout est bon ! Merci

Désastreux.

Nous avions réservé un studio 4 personnes du 08/03 au 15/03/2025 dans cet établissement et nous avons été très déçus. Après 7h00 de route , nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de tomber sur un logement sale , il n'y avait pas de draps, pas de housses de lit , des couettes et oreillers sales , la table à manger était poisseuse , la salle de bain et les toilettes , je n'en parle même pas ....si c'est cela la conception du nettoyage chez vous on a alors pas les mêmes valeurs. Ce studio de 21 m² devrait être loué pour 2 personnes maximum au lieu d'entasser deux lits superposés dans l'entrée en face des toilettes et un lit gigogne dans le salon. Sans compter le fait que les parties communes étaient également dans un état déplorable , et bruyant avec les cris et va-et-vient en chaussures de ski des gens. Cela ressemblait plus à une colonie de vacances ou une auberge de jeunesse qu'autre chose. En plus de cela , dans cette station des 2 Alpes , tous les parkings sont payants même celui qui était au pied de l'immeuble comme-ci on ne payait pas assez. Quand nous avons constaté tout cela nous avons donc décidé de repartir immédiatement . Je ne pense pas qu'il y ait un respect du client , ces gens oublient que nous avons économisé pour s'offrir des vacances et qu'on s'attend à avoir un certain sens du service. Vos prix sont surévalués et votre hospitalité est quasi nulle. J'ai demandé le remboursement du séjour mais pour le moment pas de réponse de leur part . A partir du moment où le client n'est pas satisfait et qu'il n'a pas pu profiter de la totalité du séjour pour les raisons évoquées, il est en droit de demander un remboursement. Mais l'honorabilité dans ce genre de situation , il y en a pas beaucoup de nos jours. Tout simplement scandaleux. Comme vous le dites , nous sommes restés seulement 45 min....

Mauvaise expérience

Mon séjour dans cet appartement de vacances a été étanché par une expérience désagréable avec le responsable de la gestion. Démarche TRÈS agressive au moment du check-out pour retenir le dépôt de garantie sans raisonnement. Le matériel de ménage est très limité, malgré que l'appartement doit être rendu propre, on se retrouvait sans les outils nécessaires.
