About this apartment rental

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Vénosc, this charming flat with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 43 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open plan equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony with a view of the slopes. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee pod machine...
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: two single beds.
- Bedroom 2: bunk beds.
- A shower room with shower.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A balcony of about 8 m², north facing with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

The flat is ideally located in Vénosc, in a very pleasant environment, the flat has a view of the estate and the town. You can walk or take the shuttle bus to the town centre, where you will find all the essential shops, restaurants, bars and markets.

After parking your car in a closed car park, you can enjoy the resort without having to take your car back for the duration of your stay.

In summer, you can leave the residence to walk in the mountain pastures to meet the shepherd and with a bit of luck you will see marmots on the lookout.
In winter, you can ski to the Vallée Blanche area if the snow conditions allow it and then go to the 2 Alpes area. You can also ski back to the flat.

Activities :
In winter: Downhill skiing / cross-country skiing / snowboarding / snowshoeing / sledging / paragliding / ice skating / dog sledding / night skiing / children's activities.
In summer: Mountain biking (with or without assistance) / Mountain running (Trail) / Hiking / Paragliding / Climbing / Multi-sport children's workshops.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the numbered basement box of the flat (1 vehicle).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Free shuttle to the city centre.
- Paying shuttle to Grenoble train station.
- Nearest train station: Grenoble train station located at about 1h15 by car.
- Nearest airport: Grenoble Alpes Isère airport located at about 1H40 by car.

Other remarks:
- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Possibility to rent skis at the reception of the residence, in seasons they also propose bread and pastries to be ordered the day before. These services are in supplement to be asked and paid on the spot, services subjected to the modification of the residence.
