Perfect location near the city centre and the slopes, and great value for money

I liked that the apartment was very basic but clean and tidy, had everything needed for the stay, and was in a great location close to the Diable lift.

I didn’t like that check-in starts at 5:00 pm sharp, so many people arrive at the same time and you need to queue, and that some amenities such as towels are paid for separately, with limited extras like no hairdryer—so it’s important to check the description carefully in advance.

Cheap place to stay if you don't need that much and prefer more a great location.

This accommodation was very cheap and sharing between 3 people, it was almost for free for each of us. :) The location was perfect as well, close to the town centre, shop was just under the building, literally. Ski pass office in a few minutes away (5 mins) and the same as the ski lift about 7 minutes by walk. There is also a lot of bars and restaurants nearby or just opposite main entrance a night club. The resort changed a lot in the past years when I didn't come due to the corona break, but still is it very good place for snowboarding or skiing. The check in was easy. We were worried we won't get in as we were delayed thanks to the traffic on our way and arrived very late. But we could get our keys from the lock box (thank you!!!!) and finish off our registration next day in morning. The reception staff was helpful, nice and speaking English. :) If you don't need too much and spend all day outside anyway, this is a good place to stay. :)

We booked a deluxe studio. So we were expecting that better one. Unfortunately, we got a first floor. Our view from the balcony was a very dirty roof (with condoms, bottles, cigs, etc.)... Also the studio was quite messy (dust, little stones, sand, hair, etc.). Then we didn't have enough tools for cleaning... But managed it somehow. Honestly, the studio was for 4 people but it was not big enough even for 3 people. A really small one to compare with other studios we stayed before in the Les 2 Alpes. Also we got only one set of the keys, maybe for next time two sets would be helpful.

Bad

Location Had a decent price but wouldn't choose this again.

Not clean at all, all the "cleaning staff" did was wet a bit the floor, had to buy stuff and clean by ourselves. But the smell coming through the bathroom pipes stayed. Guess we left the place shining compared to what we found. Doors barely closing, we could hear everything from the hall like it was in our room. Even the closing door from across the hall which everyone was using. In the ski deposit area there was a lot of water on the floor and judging by the smell, it was there probably long before we came and was still there when we left.

Good location but the cleaning should be done better.

The location is amazing. The price is good. The guys from the reception are very kind and polite.

The room was too dirty, curtains were dirty with something looking like food. The carpet was full of stains. The smell in the room the first days was like there lived an alcoholic.

it was really cheap and close to the chair lifts. the staff was super helpful!

it wasn’t really clean and some equipments were broken or not provided. we didn’t have a hoover to clean the flat for example. when asked to clean further the staff responded really quickly and addressed all concerns which was really great. the flat is really small and could fit a small family but would be really tight for 4 adults.

One of the nicest apartments I’ve stayed in in a French ski resort! it was clean, comfortable and spacious compared to others and the shower was decent! It was really well located, pretty much above the supermarket and 3-4 minute walk to Diable ski lift and you can walk to the gondola in 8-10 mins. I was down the far end of the building and it was really quiet! i stayed a week and there was no late night music across the road as I had read in other reviews. The staff were really friendly and the ski locker room was easy. If you want comfortable, convenient no frills accommodation 100% stay here. I would absolutely stay here again.

Een van de goedkopere locaties in Les Deux Alpes, maar comfort is er niet.

Top locatie, dichtbij de piste en faciliteiten als supermarket, restaurants, bakkerij, etc.

De receptie gaat echt pas om 17 uur open. Indien je er eerder bent, sta je in een rij in de kou te wachten tot ze open gaan. Vervolgens duurt het inchecken heel lang en moet iedereen door dezelfde nauwe gang naar binnen en buiten. Totaal geen sfeer in het gebouw.

Alloggio comodo, caldo e confortevole in ottima posizione con tutto a portata di mano. Staff tutti gentilissimi. 2 Alpes sempre una garanzia di divertimento e relax anche con poca neve.

Quasi 2 ore di coda per il check-in... E' vero che eravamo tanti e tutti concentrati alle 17 ma o aumentate il personale o aprite prima. La pulizia è scarsa ma credo dipenda sempre dalla mancanza di personale anche se si sbattano tanto non possono fare tutto bene. Quest'estate l'alloggio era pulito ed il check-in fatto in 5 minuti. Forse perché c'era poca gente

La posizione, i giochi per bimbi di fronte all'appartamento, avere stoviglie e il necessario per cucinare un pasto in casa

Dover pulire la stanza, pavimento, bagno, etc sotto la richiesta presente all'interno del residence e poi ancora con foglio appeso sulla porta di ingresso del mini appartamento, e ricordato dal personale presente nel corridoio. Da persona pulita e rispettosa tutto ciò che uso lo lascio anche meglio di come lo trovo. Mi ha dato fastidio avere troppe indicazioni di come lasciare la stanza.

L'appartement est idéalement situé. Proche des cabines pour se rendre à Venosc, et proche de tout commerce. Propre et personnel réactif en cas de besoin. Parfait.

Unica pecca, abbiamo lasciato un paio di scarpe prima di ripartire e pur avendo contattato la struttura tramite booking e tramite email non abbiamo avuto nessuna risposta.
